One-On-One
Training
The one on one training sessions are personalised and tailored to your needs. Working with you to discuss your goals of weight loss, fitness or overall well-being and work towards them together. One-on-one sessions are in the fully eqipped gym and can vary from strength training, circuit training, boxing or focus on particular areas that match your needs and goals, helping you feel more confident, happy, healthy, and energetic.
