I am a Personal Trainer and Wellbeing Coach who started Move Mind Connect in 2021. I blend movement, mindset, and personalised care to help people reconnect with their bodies and build lasting, sustainable habits-without burnout, pressure or perfectionism.

With over a decade of experience in the exercise and wellbeing space, I specialise in supporting people moving their bodies through exercise and navigating big life transitions: perimenopause, neurodiversity, mental health challenges and emotional overload. I bring a calm, grounded presence and an intuitive coaching style that empowers clients to create change that actually sticks.

My approach is deeply personal and holistic. I combine strength training, nervous system regulation, nutritional guidance and reflective coaching to help each client feel seen, supported and strong. Whether you're rebuilding your energy, overcoming self-sabotage, or just trying to feel at home in your body again, I will meet you exactly where you are.

In addition to my Certificate III & IV in Fitness, I have a Bachelor of Social Science (Youth Work) and a Diploma of Vocational Education and Training. I am trauma- informed trained and have 16 years’ experience supporting and counselling vulnerable people and training students wanting to enter the Community Services sector. I work closely with a trusted network of allied health professionals to ensure her clients receive well-rounded, integrated support. I am NDIS-friendly and passionate about making wellness accessible to everyone, regardless of ability, age, or starting point.
