Our small group training sessions are a fun way to connect with like minded people who are looking to improve their health and well being. We offer friendly non-judgemental training sessions to help you reach your personal goals whilst working up a sweat in a fun and inclusive environment that will improve your physical and mental wellness on your terms. Small group personal training sessions are run with 4-5 people from a fully equipped gym.
